Introduction of our office
Shinagawa Konan Maritime Office has been opened from April 2020.
We would like to assist any kind of maritime business for Ship owners, Ship-management companies and also newly establishing Seafarer recruitment and placement service companies in Japan, with our abundant expertise of Japanese maritime Laws and ship's operations.

Worked for 29 years at a Japanese major shipping company (NYK Line) and retired.
During those years, worked as a officer on board such as container ships, LNG carriers, conventional cargo ship, coal ship, iron ore ship, etc.
And also at head office office and local office including Singapore, worked for container terminal, liner operation, ship management, safety study for port navigation, participation of Japanese IMO delegation ,research and development for sea and land transportation, applications affairs for Maritime bureau, general manager of crew department, responsible person of seafarer dispatch and main negotiator with All Japanese Seamen's Union, etc.
Graduated from Yuge National College of Maritime Technology, and enjoyed dinghy sailing and racing with the teammates.
A member of Japan Maritime Procedure Commission Agent Association.
Certificated First Grade Maritime Officer (Navigation: STCW II/1), Third Grade Maritime Officer (Radio Electronic: STCW IV/2) and Third Grade Maritime Officer (Engineering: STCW III/1.)
Registered Maritime Counselor.
And one associate of Maritime Procedure Commission Agent.
