We work for customers not only in Tokyo or Yokohama, but also all over in Japan and Overseas.

Also, we would estimate fees for our services which haven't been fixed the basic price yet.

Remark: Our office is working for corporate customers. Not for individual customers.

Important: The below fees are applicable only for Japanese companies/Overseas subsidiaries and agents in Japan.

                    Those will be about 1.5 times higher for the direct business from overseas or non-Japanese customers. 

1. First of all, please feel free to advise us your requirement or inquiry as much as you know by e-mail or telephone. 
2. Before our final estimation of fees, we would show you the general work volume, time schedule and the cost.
3. We could also visit to your office when we are ordered your first request, for making good and efficient communication.

1. We will confirm the details of your requirement then we plan the work-procedure, with visiting your office as far as practicable.
2. Visiting charge is free for the area of Tokyo or Yokohama,  any number of times.
3. We will make our effort to reduce your cost time to time, by confirming the details of your requirement and by making efficient work process.

1. We would prepare the Final estimation of fees depend on your requirement.
2. After the formal Order/Request from you, we prepare letter of attorney or Service agreement, etc.
3. Our service will be started once your retainer fee is paid.

1. We work with sincerely, carefully and swiftly by ourselves together with confidentiality.
2. We would inform you as appropriate according to the progress of the work.
3. Once the work is completed, we promptly report the result and deliver the products.

1. If there is any information related to the work carried out, we would contact you as appropriate.
2. We will contact you as appropriate when the date of expire certificate deadline is approaching.
3. If we recieve your request, we will provide you with useful information as appropriate.

Payment of fee

• Every fees are not-include Tax.
• Retainer fee will be ¥40,000 if the service fee is ¥100,000 or higher.
• The payment of Consulting Agreement fee is to be by the end of previous month.
• For the customer with Consulting Agreement, every retainer fee will be free of charge.
